‘Healing and Wholeness’ Services

 are held in

St Thomas’s Church,
( Pantbach Road,Birchgrove )

at
6.00pm
on the
second Wednesday of every month.

They usually last about an hour, and follow the general format of the Church in Wales Eucharist service ( modern rite )  –  but you do not have to belong to the Church in Wales  to be welcomed here.  If you are looking for peace and tranquility, for non-judgemental  acceptance, and for space for quietness and meditation . . . you will find it here.  The laying-on of hands – following Jesus’s example – and anointing with holy oil  are both features of these services, but participation is a completely a matter of individual choice – you will not be expected to join in anything with which you are not absolutely comfortable.

‘At even,  e’er the sun was set,
The sick, O Lord, around Thee lay.
O, with what diverse pains they met –
O, with what joy they went
away.’
